StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty's solo campaign will continue the epic saga where it left off in StarCraft: Brood War. The action is set in the 26th century in a distant part of our galaxy, and revolves around three species: the Terrans (human exiles from Earth), the Zerg (a race of insectoid genetic assimilators), and the Protoss (a species with vast psionic power). Wings of Liberty will have a specific focus on the Terrans. Focusing on the Zerg and Protoss are the expansions Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void.
